The only changes I made are: I added a copyright thing on the title page, added blank pages at the beginning and end of the book, updated page numbers and fixed spreads accordingly. That's literally it.

Spreads again
The first spread hasn't changed cause I actually like the text there. For the second spread I put the circle and triangle icons on separate pages like Arielle suggested, then I added three more pages for my preposition icons and some of my sketches.

First go at student bio
Nicole Hoskings theme for her thesis show is abandonment, specifically focusing on abandoned homes.She took a series of abstract photographs of an abandonment home, located in Danvers Massachusetts. From the inspiration of these photographs she wrote a series of poetry also relating to the subject of abandonment. She wanted to bring imagination and new life to places that are usually forgotten about. By combining the photographs with the poetry it gives the abandoned home meaning again.

Card idea
Coronavirus has impact our lives in ways that have caused the school to shut down, business is close and making a living to be dangerous. We are affected by this physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is a massive part of why we are unable to have our show and having a normal life. At this point, nothing is normal anymore.

Updated/ still in progress, black and white spreads for zine

so Cailee went digital with the keyboard, I thought it might be fun to take it in a traditional direction? like Ctrl+Z is obviously a digital reference, but what if the visual was the opposite?
the lighting I was working with was garbáge so I can/will retake the eraser photo but anyway
also I've had that eraser since like 5th grade and I just noticed I must have traced over the pink pearl logo with a pen so it looks like a bootleg eraser. Nice

The only thing I'm not too sure about is that the first spread has the diamonds going all the way to the margins and I don't know if that's ok or not.
Updated Card
Square format, rounded the keys more and spaced them more accurately, added Montserrat in there per John's request, but if no one likes it we can get rid of it

Spreads
Creating this book been really frustrating. I have been doubt within myself, and with my work. With every new vision that I create, it doesn't seem to fit based on feed backs and subjection. This has caused me to loose tremendous progress and time. I enjoy the poetry that I have created for my book, along with others aspect. I lost enjoyment for my project because, the way I envisioned doesn't seem to come out in physical form. I've decided to make edits to the previous designs that I made, and incorporate with the recent ones. Doing this will hopefully tides my work together.

Big ol' list of things I gotta do
I literally don't have the brain capacity to think of a better name for my show work at this point so as of now it's staying as 'Vulva is not a Dirty Word'. I'll most likely think of a better name right after the semester ends cause that's just how it works..
I've got the majority of the process book set now too, which makes me feel much better. Taking photos of the frames was just not working, so I took John's suggestion to take the scans of the prints and place the white text over them.
I've also started compiling everything for the gallery, and I should have that embroidery piece I showed last week done soon. Just waiting on some more thread to come in the mail this week.

Seminar things
This weekend I edited my latest video and I have been gathering all my pieces and getting them ready for the gallery (I have like 53 total videos and images). John, can we quickly go over what we should inclued in our Bio and Statement? I also have process book questions.
